Every item is checked and professionally restored before being offered for sale. Any relevant information regarding condition, repairs and visible wear is clearly stated in the product description and supported by photographs. We strongly encourage clients to review all details carefully and eventually contact us if additional information are needed.
Our quality benchmark is high. However, due to the nature of vintage objects, signs of age, patina, and gentle wear are to be expected and are considered part of the charme and authenticity of each piece.
Within 14 (fourteen) days since the delivery
In this case:
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied, covering handling, inspection, and relisting
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (outbound and return)
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and unaltered
For this reason we always take pictures also of the item before and while being packed
All our shippings have insurance coverage.Â
In the rare event of loss during shipping, once informed we will immediatly refund you and we will deal with insurance procedures.

Damages Occurred During Shipping
• Once you receive the item always accepted with reserve.
• Always take pictures/videos while opening the crate.
• If the item is damaged please contact us immediatly (within 2 days time).
• In case of damages we will immediatly refund you for major ones or covering full repair cost upon approval.
All solutions must be approved by our team. Repairs arranged independently by the client without prior approval cannot be reimbursed.
