Born from a deep friendship
The collaboration between Resìna Vintage Collection and Archiplan Studio was born from a shared sensitivity towards architecture, objects and the emotional value of spaces.
Rooted in the landscape of Puglia, the project brings together architectural research, collectible design, craftsmanship and material culture to create spaces that feel timeless rather than constructed.
From the restoration of traditional masserie and trulli to contemporary homes immersed in the countryside, each intervention seeks a balance between memory and transformation, rigor and atmosphere, permanence and contemporary living.
More than a design service, this collaboration is an ongoing dialogue between architecture, territory and material authenticity.

Studio in Puglia
Through this collaboration, Archiplan Studio establishes a new presence in Puglia, bringing its architectural approach into the landscape of the Valle d’Itria through a dialogue with Resìna Vintage Collection.
The intention is not simply to operate within a new territory, but to build a lasting relationship with the region, engaging with its material culture, architectural heritage and contemporary transformations.
Rooted in research, craftsmanship and spatial sensitivity, the collaboration seeks to create projects that balance rigor and atmosphere, permanence and evolution, memory and contemporary living.

Our headquarters are based in Ceglie Messapica, in the heart of the Valle dei Trulli, between the landscapes of the Valle d’Itria, Ostuni and the Adriatic coast of Puglia.
While rooted in the Valle d’Itria, the collaboration extends across the wider region of Puglia, developing selected residential and hospitality projects shaped through architecture, atmosphere and material authenticity.
