Vico Magistretti Omega pendant for Artemide, Italy 1960’s. A beautiful vintage pendant, Omega model, designed by Vico Magistretti in 1962 for the iconic italian company Artemide. Design masterpiece of the italian school of the 1960s – 1970s. This amazing pendant lamp is made of a large open acrylic curved external lampshade, with an opaline glass light globe sphere that stands inside. The chromed structure has a cross shaped metal frame that keeps together the two lampsahdes, and connecting them also to the ceiling. Both lampshade gives a wonderful light shining to the room. Morevoer, the height can be easily adjusted according to different needs and light effects wanted. The electric parts have been revised by a professional electrician. The lamp presentes no damages or crakcs on both lampshades. Accordinng to its age, Signs of time are visible, but overall, the item is in very good conditions.
