White glass pendant ” Capsule ” Ross Lovegrove for Artemide
Designed and launched in the 2010 this rare design lamp is made of a capsule of light that extracts a new form from the process of manual glassmaking, designed for Artemide to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Apollo landing on the moon.
Elegant conic shape made in refined white blown glass that shows all the experience and high quality craftmanship of the iconic Italian company.
Conditions: Very good with only few signs of time, wiring system revised by our electrician.
Capsule: Overall Height: 93cm diameter 45cm. Height glass capsule: 33cm
About the designer: Â Winner of numerous international awards, his work has been widely published and exhibited, for example at the Museum of Modern Art and the Guggenheim Museum in New York, the Axis Centre in Japan, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and the Design Museum in London.
